All orders will usually be shipped within one (1) business day(s) & a maximum of two (2) business day(s) Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.
Australia Post tracking numbers will be emailed once your order has been shipped.
All products are shipped from 3207 Victoria through Australia Post.

If for any reason your package does make it to you in perfect condition or is misplaced / mishandled / lost / damaged in transit or at the point of delivery we promise to refund or replace your order regardless of the fault being with us or with Australia Post.
If your order has not arrived in a timely manner the first thing to do is check the Track your item facility with Australia Post. On the rare occasion there is a delay, 99% of the time it will be due to your parcel being unable to be delivered and sent back to your nearest post office for collection. You can also contact us at anytime for help with any issues regarding your order.
If there are any issues whatsoever with the quality of ordered products we will offer a full replacement or refund as per our refunds policy.

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
